WISH YOU DIDNT HAVE TO TAKE PHONE OUT OF CASE

Overhated

Overheated to the point of super hot to the touch. The pad was super hot. The cord was super hot. This lead to the phone being super hot and overheating. Caused my wife to drop the phone. Very disappointed. Exchanged. lets hope the replacement doesn't catch the house on fire.
