I would like it if it would charge with the phone facing downward. Also it takes a long time to charge. It took like 8 hours to completely charge my battery

But maybe mines is defective and I will be taking back to store

I don't have, In my possession at all. Date purchased, states July 7, 20. As stated, I don't have this item, at all! How? Can I rate something, I've not had or used? U have to have It, In order to rate It.

If the sales assistant would have informed me of the correct information about this charger I would have never purchased it. So I had to return. I returned this product the next day.

AND it doesn't have some of those crazy lights to indicate charging that feel like search lights at night when I'm trying to sleep.

I'm positive it's the correct one for my phone, and I'm enjoying being cord free to charge. Make sure you keep it clean, so, it won't interefere with it's charge. About 2.5 hours to fully chrg Note 9.

Charging time is about double the original cable that came with my phone, but it is handy to drop off phone and simply grab it up again . Works like it should.
