I would lift the phone, place it on top, lift again, place it on top again, over and over until it finally caught. I would come back after an hour to check the charge percentage and the phone had less charge then when placing it on the charger. One example, I placed the phone on the charger at 70%, the charger signaled it was charging, but when I came back after an hour, the phone discharged to 35%. Very frustrating. It worked on and off. Sometimes charged, sometimes discharged the battery.

I was so in love with the idea that I could just put my phone on it and move on but no. When you place your phone on top you have to make sure it starts to charge and if not you have to move the phone. Sometimes I have to move it up then down then to the side more. You get the point.
