Delivery was fast. Unfortunately I'm underwhelmed with this purchase. I have to move my phone around the dock to try to get charged. Sometimes you could take me almost two minutes to find the right spot. Also charges very slow.

I do utilize this quite often, but it is noticibly slower than cable charging. Trying to use the phone while on the charger is difficult. More expensive than a cable and slower at charging.

I didn't like how long it took. Plus I have the thinnest possible rubber case and it wouldn't charge through it. Such a disappointment because I get everything samsung. The previous model is better

Bought for AirPod wireless charging but AirPods came with a port for usb me expecting there not to be one but this item works just fine don’t use it more than the usb that’s why I give it 3 stars

This charger was great the first few weeks. Fast charged my Samsung S8 fully within 1-2 hours. Plugging my phone into the port vs using the charging pad worked better. Now, 3 months later, and past the return period, my phone will not fully charge in less than 6 hours....often times it says it won't charge fully for 12+ hours. OK for overnight but not happy because I often need daytime charging. Won't buy from Best Buy again due to poor return/exchange policy.

It's very finicky. I have to take my phone case off to charge. My phone needs to be perfectly centered to charge. Isn't as fast as my fast charge cable from Samsung. I was disappointed.

This item works great! Just plug it into the wall with the exact same wire charger you were trying to avoid using to begin with!

I ordered it on the 5th of Dec just got after Christmas. But I found one on Amazon that go here before this one came. So I decided to return it to the store.

Bought this for my girlfriend because she never charges her phone. Doesn't seem to charge her phone to 100% overnight. She may not have her phone positioned properly though.

The charging pad is too big and bulky for a wireless charger. Wireless charging is supposed to represent the future, but this, for some reason, feels antiquated!

It's ok. Just have to put on the charger correctly bit it drains pretty fast.

You cannot just sit your phone on this pad, you must adjust it perfectly in order for it to start charging,a very small area for it to work.

Works good. Not the fastest way to charge, but to just throw your phone on and leave it for a bit it gets the job done.

This product is not works with my lg v30. So my feedback is not so positive unless if uses in samsung, I guess.

Seems like a good unit, but it does not charge well through the phone case, which makes it much less useful than I had hoped.

This was a free gift when I bought my Samsung galaxy s10 it works well but it's not the best wireless charger

I purchased this charger to go next to the side of my bed for convenience. Unfortunately the iPhone 11 Pro Max doesn’t want to charge very fast on the Samsung charger. I also have to push the phone back and forth until you can see it actually charging the phone - sometimes I do it five or six times before it will actually start charging. Not convenient in anyway. I think I will return It

Had to take my phone out of the case to charge it. Charging time was not as fast as I thought it would be.

My son and my phone charging ports broke, but this does the job. It was economical, but takes awhile to charge.
