It is not. I have an S9+, it took 2hrs and 45min to fully charge my phone, whereas the regular charger takes only 1:34min to 100% from 0%. I tried to return it and because of COVID they're not excepting store returns right now. Smh

I bought rhe charger because it was a top named product on sale. Once i received it and began to use it, i was unsatisfied with the charging speed. It took 2 hours for 20% charge! And not only that, 2months after receiving it, it started flashing a yellow livht and would no longer charge.
