It wasn't described on the Bestbuy webpage in being that good? And when I did receive the item it wasn't what I had expected and I did return the item to Bestbuy by useing the Bestuy return label I had downloaded and printed out. Also it was not made for the type of phone that I have now? As described from the webpage for a Samsung galaxy phones even though it was made by Samsung?

The day I bought this item, the charger was charging my phone from 30% to 100% in about an hour (fast charging). After a couple of days, the charger was charging my phone from 30% to 100% in 2 hr 30 minutes. We have 2 samsung galaxy note 20 ultras at home, and both phones were having the same issue.

I advise you don't buy it it is not reliable.

Does not charge with thin case

I bought this one for travel and specifically asked the Bestbuy seller if, like the original it would work with a pop socket on a case. He said it would. It doesn’t so it’s going back. It would really be helpful if Best Buy sellers actually knew the products. I don’t blame Samsung for this I blame Best Buy. Disappointing.

It charges so slow and heats up my phone. None of the standard wall chargers that I've owned nor my car charger heat up my phone the way this charger does. My only regret is not returning it on time. Best Buy has a strict return window so keep that in mind when buying products at Best Buy.

Both times I wanted to cancel, but was told I could not because it was being prepared for delivery already. They had delayed the delivery for 3 weeks but would NOT allow me to cancel and purchase elsewhere. That’s very, very wrong.
