However, my Note 10+ comes with a 25W charger and this is 9W. You definitely don't want to use this if you need a lot of charge quickly but rather are sitting at your desk or using it on your nightstand etc. The main thing I actually use it for is media content with my phone on its side since it gives a good angle.

There is a blinking yellow light when I plug it in, but my phone doesn't charge with or without the case on it. I bought one and returned it thinking it was just a defective unit, but I exchanged it for a second and the second does not work either--exact same problem. I did not buy these at Best Buy. I got them at a Verizon store. I know it's not my phone because my phone charges fine on another Samsung wireless charger that is different model. My recommendation is to choose another model.
