I tried to remove my OtterBox. I thought that the OtterBox may have been interfering with the chargepoint, but that was not the case. Overnight charging seemed to charge to the halfway point around 47% from a 15% starting point. Ultimately I had to use a power cord and charge the phone the rest of the way. Although Slightly disappointed because I had the older induction charger. And had ("higher hopes") for this product. I thought maybe they had worked out the kinks. but, still performing as poorly as the original. If you're looking for a quick charge honestly I can't give you a reliable review most of my charging is overnight. Good luck. This is one of those products that seems to make your pocket $20 lighter. And then finds some dusty shelf somewhere along with all the other $20 items you bought and had high hopes for.
