Didn't know it had to be connected to wall charger for it to work. Kind of defeats the purpose of a "wireless" device. Also the fast charging is faster when phone is connected directly to wall charger than when on charging pad.

This unit works but the support ring the phone rests on is much smaller that the previous model which provides less support for for devices being charged. This matters now with the new Power Share feature of the S10 phones requiring you to stack them on top of each other. I prefer the larger diameter support ring of the older model. I also prefer the charging LED on the older model. It is much easier to see the charger indicator on the previous model. This model has a small LED which is hard to see if a device is on it and you will not be able to see it if Power Share charging. It is going back and getting two previous Fast Charge models for less money.

It was a freebie with my Galaxy Note 10+ purchase. It works adequately but not practical if I am very low on power and need the phone up and running in a hurry. Glad it was free but the slowness impacts the convenience.

I had to place my phone on the charger in a specific position in order for it to charge. Wouldn't charge with a pop stop on. I guess my expectations were a little higher.

I had hoped this charged faster than the original, or at least more connected when the phone was placed on it. But it seemed just as fidgety as the original. You still needs to play with the way it placed on the charger.

My phone has to be exactly center on the pad for it to charge. I used for few days and didn't like it. It was free so i kept it but i don't used at all.

1st time using a wireless charger. I have to say it is convenient and will probably extend charger port recepticle since I don't have to use it that much but I can tell it's a new technology that can be improved.

I didn't like this charger because it was difficult to position my phone on the charger for it to connect. I had to spend a lot of time trying to place my device just in the right spot for it to charge.

Great that you can just set your phone on the charging platform However it takes longer than USB. I thought it would be a quick charge. If your connector on phone stops working, it would be a life saver.

My idea was not to mess with the phone's input when charging. Charger works great when charging. Just for people that need a faster charger this is not it. Takes a while to charge but effective.

If you are going to buy a wireless charging pad and don’t want to spend much, buy this one. If you want a nice one that will last and always charge your phone once you set it down.. buy a different one.

Salesman lead me to this charger. He didn’t ask what phone I was using. When I returned it with questions on why it didn’t work properly, I was then told my iPhone was not compatible. Geeze

I've had a lot of problems with this charging my old samsung galaxy S9+, and I'm genuinely not sure if its the charger's fault or the phone's fault.the charger would regularly enter a state where it refuses to charge the phone, and sometimes I would leave my phone on the charger and wake up to an uncharged phone. That phone also had that glitch where it complained of nonexistent water damage when it was plugged into the charger, so who knows.

None of my Samsung phones charge quickly with wireless charging. I hoped this new charger and phone combo (S9 Note) would be different. It's not much better. I still prefer the wire charger.

Good quality but a bit too expensive, even with the bundle discount. There is plenty of other chargers out there that will more than satisfy your needs despite not being name brand.

Bought this as an alternative to the plug in charger for iPhone thinking it would be easier and faster to charge. Didn’t notice a difference and was like any other charger.

The charger is slower than a plug in. You can always unplug the cord and use it for a faster charge. If your charging port is warped then I definitely recommend this product.

Originally bought for a smart watch as it seems as though Samsung watch chargers are hard to come by. It works, however not only is it slow for the phone but even for the watch

I guess I don't get the 'wireless' thing because it came with a wire to plug into the 'wireless' charger pad. I may return this because it charged it soooooooo slooooow.

I dont know if it's any faster than plugging it in. At least if I plug it in I know its charging. This charger requires the phone to be placed "just right" to charge your phone.
