She said I could place it glass or face down and it would be fine but it is not. I have to take the case completely off and place it on its back to work. This made the charger nearly useless to me as all I can charge are my Apple airpods. I didn't return it as it seemed more trouble than its worth. Hoping my next phone will charge with a case.
