I used to trip over the charging cord all of the time which eventually bent the connection in the phone. Now I no longer have a cord exposed to trip over.

So far I have only tried to use this with two devices, my S10+ and a generic set of earbuds that could be charged wirelessly. The good -- works for the S10+, which it came with, and I liked it so much I bought another for work. The built in cooling fan is a nice feature. It may also have some intelligence in terms of switching to a trickle after the fast charge given it was made specifically for this phone. The bad -- It doesn't work at all so far with the one other wireless charge-eligible device I own, some Tozo T10 earbuds. They do not charge at all, maybe because the case is too thick on the battery case, or maybe because of some issue with the charger itself. Either way, I now have to use a separate wireless charger (which has its own flaws) to charge this. It's pretty annoying.

If your phone is having trouble charging by the traditional plugin and you want to extend it's life, this is the best way to do it. That's my husbands reasoning - mine is convenience!

this charger is easy to use and easy to move …. travelling with it is a breeze and you don't forget it like traditional charges ...for that reason alone I love my new charger

I have a case enclosing my cell and to connect using the charger port can be a bit tricky, but with this charger, I just have to lay it on the pad. Makes it all that easy.

My note5 was having difficulty getting fully charged with plug in usb....this fixed my problem 100% thought my phone would be too old seeing how it's from 2014 but it was perfect!

Charges very fast and is convenient next to the bed so I don't have to fumble for cords in the dark. Phone is never hot when I take it off the pad and the fan is very quiet.

Its small, portable, and not bad in price, got it with price match which i love about Best Buy. It charges my Iphone pretty quick, and my GF's Samsung note 9 as well. i dont have any Cons but just wish it was a little bigger.

Works great, even charges through most cases. Much easier than having specific cords and such. Works on multiple phones from different manufacturers.

I received this charger as a free gift for purchasing a new phone. This is very convenient and charges the phone fairly quickly. Definitely can’t be the fact that it was free!

When i got this i wasn’t sure if it would work because i have an iphone xr and not a samsung. to my surprise it works on my phone too, even through my lifeproof phone case

Sooo much more convenient than the usual cord. No worries about wear n tear to the charging prongs on the phone as well. When charge complete then grab and go with ease.

This device is a sturdy device and charges my Samsung Note 9 very quickly. I read that it saves a phone's plug-in area to charge it on one of these, so am very pleased.

I use this to charge my iPhone and it work very well. It charges my phone through my otter box case with no problem.

The Samsung 9W wireless Pad has simplified my life. I did not realize it would need to be plugged in, but it still helps out more then the regular charging stations.

I wasn't sure about this type of charger from a while. I now have a couple of these , so I can use in different places. Very convenient and seems to charge fast.

I like the charger pad. It took me a few seconds to realize that you have to position the phone on the pad correctly for it to charge but once you figure that out it is great.

Do not expect a fast charge but it is easy to use and for the price why not use it next to the beds when you have 8 hours for the phone to charge!!

Got this "for free" with my new phone. Pleasantly surprised it included wall charger and USB-C cable. Charges my Galaxy S10+ with no issues. simple and it works.

Works great with my Samsung Galaxy s10. Even with my otterbox on it charges no problem. Glad I purchased this item. Beats having to plug in my phone all the time.
