Confused

I was told by Geek Squad something was wrong and could not be repaired in their shop. It had to be sent out. 10 days later, I went to pick it up and another Geek Squad tech told me it never left the shop but it was now working. Never experienced this before with a new laptop.

Fast charging not so much

There was a pop up everyday to use the original Samsung equipment. Makes me wonder why the old one got slower and slower charging until it would charge no more. Samsung charger works but I would not say fast charging. Better than not at all. Cost me $35.

Does not hold charge.

I am using a seven year old Macbook Pro. My old charger got a crack in it and you have to play with it and tape it to get it to work, but when I use the old charger my Macbook does stay charged.
