The BB person talked me into this camera making me think it could be a great change from my DSLR camera I'm use to. I'm on an important photo-shoot with somewhat an emergency status with this camera and the auto mode and other modes I've tried are turning out poor quality photos. So now I've lost important days gathering of material. Now that I'm quite a ways from any Best Buy I may be stuck with this camera. that is very frustrating.

On August 21st it no longer works. Made it past the 15 day return policy. At this point I would expect to get more a month of charges for $30. Would not recommend matter of fact I believe it's time to move away from Samsung.

So far this one is working correctly.

Its frustrating that Samsung no longer provides cords because they say they are all compatible yet this clearly shows they are not.

The sound is cut on and off and volume goes up and down. I do not recommend this type of connection. I bought the wireless $10 earbuds in walmart and it is much better. My only problem now is that I can't talk to people while I am walking because the background sound is to hard than my voice. A real problem with these new telephones without headphones output.

I didn't find out until after I got home. There was an associate helping us and I had the phone with me and he told me it was for my phone, so of course we didn't open it. I was very disappointed. Two stars because I'm sure it's a ok charger for those that are compatible.

Due to the virus, employees refused to help me look up the charger I needed. After an hour of standing in line they ended up selling me the wrong one. I returned it and purchased from Amazon. Not sure why Best Buy is open if they are not delivering quality service and employees seem terrified. They were screaming at everyone like we were animals. I refuse to go back. I understand the world is upside down right now but there is a professional way to treat customers. Very disappointed.
