Misleading Photo Description

But received micro mini which I did not need. Dissapointed, and not worth effort or time to exchange as needed asap. So bought elsewhere. May need to be more specific in photo descriptions of product, as misleading for the price you charge and delivery time out..

Spoke with a representative on the phone who recommended this device and assured me it would work for my phone. I picked up the product via curbside pickup. Upon returning home I tried to plug it into my phone but it would not work. I am over 70 yrs old and do not want to risk going back to the store. I bought a new cellphone from my provider which fortunately came with a charger.

not for an LG phone

The last cord I bought lasted a couple of months. The salesperson said this is the only cord they had for my phone other than the one I bought that broke right away. He assured me it would work with my phone. It always said "Charging slowly." It was horribly expensive and never worked right.

Not Happy
