Always Buy Original

Knockoffs almost always don't pass basic safety requirements and have led to fires for some phones, as almost happened to my wife. It's expensive compared to cheaper options but it's worth the extra money if it keeps your house from turning to ashes.

Turns out, I guess the latest system update required that I get the adaptive fast charger. I haven't had any charging problems since I bought this and saved myself some money in repairs because of it. I recommend it if your old Samsung phone is having charging problems.

It's always a sad feeling whenever I'm heading there knowing what to expect and that negative expectation surely come to pass once I interact with any employee, it's even worse with a manager. Customer Service sucks.
