Appearantly, these can not be found brand new. I have bought a number of replacements over the years for different Samsung products. If they are still made, I can not image why Best Buy would not carry these. Not something you should purchase as used.

This charger does exactly as it claims, provides a quicker charge than standard chargers. I preferred a longer cord, so I tried a few others I already owned, but they made charging slower. I purchased a 2 pack of PowerBear Micro USB 6ft Cable Fast Charge Premium Micro USB [2.4A] with Gold Plated Connectors and Braided High Strength Nylon, which worked great with it.

This charger works great when it does work so I will give it 4 stars for now. I bought this charger from Best Buy and I've been using it for about 2 weeks with no issues. It fast charges my Galaxy Note 4 quickly. The problem I have with these Samsung OEM chargers is they dont last. They work excellent for a few months and then the fast adaptive charging starts malfunctioning to the point the phone will only recognize the fast adaptive charge ocassionally. This is until it completely stops fast charging and will only charge it at the slower speed or just completely die all together which is highly fustrating. If your a person that holds on to your Samsung phone longer than a year then I'm sure you've noticed this issue. I've had my Galaxy Note 4 for 3yrs and I've been through about half dozen of these chargers and they all do the same thing hence why I'm buying yet another but I have no choice if I want to have the fast adaptive charge option.

I had to return the charger I had just purchased because it was a USB-C port which my phone did not have. They just told me to grab what I needed and I paid the 5.00 difference. Easy enough. The new charger works great!

I love the way these chargers work when first purchased, but they do seem to deteriorate over time. That being said, I need this charger. I might buy a couple more.

It charges my phone fast which is what I got it for. I also got it to replace the original high speed cable that came with my phone as it started to split and expose the wire under the white plastic. My only complaint about this replacement is that it's actually thinner than my original and feels cheaper. But, it may actually be more durable than my original. not sure. Only time will tell.

After reading the reviews I double checked the OEM manufacture location and made sure I got the one made in Vietnam vs. China. I have both and the one made in Vietnam is truly a good fast charger. It far oustripped the aftermarket knock-offs. I worked for Samsung years ago and can attest to the differences in quality control and materials from different manufacturing nations.

Samsung...you put these in the boxes with our cell phones. Why do they fray out so quickly? Make sure you don't twist the cable. Fast charger is a must now.

This Charger works as promised and how long it will last is the only remaining question. Great devise all around good Quality.

I've had friends that have head these chargers and they have told me they don't last long. I've had mine for almost 2 months and I haven't had any problems. I got them on sale @ 15 bucks a pop, so I bought two. These charge my galaxy note 5 extremely fast. Great buy for the price!

Necessary for a second quick charger in office. Performs as advertised for faster charge. Believe it is too expensive.

Too early to tell. I was hoping that it will still function after a year. Let's see, I will let you know. It charged faster as claimed. I just wished that it is a little bit longer. Length is 3.6 ft. if it still works in a year.

Its good and very useful when at home I use it mostly at my job and its quality is great being it's great when it charges quick when the phone is on its last bar it's so convenient when on the go as well. I love it it's not like the other type of chargers basic yet slow.

I have a Samsung tablet. My charger had stopped working so I tried to use chargers I had from other devices .Every time my tablet would give me a warning notification that it was not the original charger, and charge was going to be slow. It indeed was extreamly slow so I decided to order this charger from Best Buy . My tablet accepts this charger, and even though it's not as fast charging as I thought it would be its still decently fast. At least it chargers without the warning of slow charge every time. Im happy with my purchase, and would recommend.

Check out the charger to insure that it works as intended- after that, good back-up for car..

The charger is working as expected. However, I would have preferred one with a longer cord.

You pay more for OEM, but the quality is much better than less expensive knock offs.
