This product is easy to use. Hook up is very easy.

It's easy access to the menu, it has multiple applications, fast logins, quick access to my favorites, love it.good price and easy set up of wi-fi and small size of unit makes easy to place in my entertainmen cente.

I've always been a fan of Samsung, so I assumed I wouldn't have many issues. So far it had only gotten stuck once. It wouldn't do anything but power on, the disk reader was going crazy and all I could do was unplug it to reset it. It's been working great ever since. Picture quality is great and the WiFi connection is strong

This is compact and easy to set up. Connects right to Netflix. Drawback - sometimes the button to open the disk changer, gets stuck and you have to push it several times with long pauses in between, in order for it to open. Be patient with it is the key.

It was no problem to install this Blu-ray player in my system. Simply plug in the power cord and connect the HDMI cable to the TV. I haven't done the WiFi connection as the TV is already connected to Wifi. The HD results from the DVD's I've have been great. Looking forward to playing Blu-ray after we purchase some.

Very easy to set up. Good for movies and streaming

I love this DVD play, but my only complain is that all the controls are on top. When using a remote, you can't see the power light indicator. Also, you can't stack anything on top of the unit because it would block the controls. Please put the controls on the front next time you redesign this. Otherwise, I love it.

basic Blu ray player with wifi. This is not your typical Blu ray player that sets up to surround sound systems or fancy TVs. The apps already included with the player are the only apps that you can use. The player does not allow you to download additional apps such as HBO Go Instagram watch ESPN or other apps that you may download on a smart TV. There is one HDMI input and 1 coaxial input for external speakers. This is a Blu ray player that you would give to your mom or your grandma just so they can watch high definition Blu ray movies. The setup is very easy even your blind grandma can do it ( hdmi).I would highly recommend this Samsung player over any other Blu ray player that has the basic HDMI set up.

Sometimes, you just wanna see time elapsed and time remaining on an easily readable display. That is completely missing from this unit. Additionally it has no heft or bulk, so you have to hold on to it to close the tray lest you push it off the back of the shelf. Now, many of you are saying that it has top-mounted controls for main transport functions, but they're useless if the unit is placed a shelf or two from the top. A Blu Ray player should easily integrate into an existing system. This unit would have you build a system around it. Not very thoughtful designing. I also had to switch from Optical to Digital Cable for sound, meaning and extra trip back to the local Best Buy (Who didn't stock the higher-end cables).

I purchased the DVD initially just to match my Samsung TV. Once I got it out of the box, I was amazed with its features. Not only does it have the standard streaming apps (Netflix...) It also allows you to stream from your smartphone to your TV. Just that feature alone sold me on this player in the future

Very easy to set up, nice features (like the ability to display 4.3 aspect ratio in 16.9), wifi easy to set up and works great for streaming. Picture quality is great as well as up conversion quality.

Plays Blu-Ray discs and DVD's as it should. Small Unit which would fit anywhere. Sleek looking. Remote is well thought out with a light up button for dim light conditions. Wifi connectivity is there and use the Pandora and Youtube app seamlessly. The small CONS: The man menu layout / design is a bit dated. 50/50 on every time I power the unit up, it switches my TV right to the Blu-ray input. If you are just trying to get a disc out, it becomes a slight process to get the TV back to cable but other times it is very convenient. Difficult to type into search bars with arrow key letter selection. Lacks an actual web browers / search engine.

This device helped educate my TV. I don't have to watch my favorite shows on my laptop or tablet anymore. It is so easy to setup and use. If it had an internet browser, it would have earned 5 stars. I wanted to give it 4.5 stars, but that wasn't an option. It sure beats shelling out the money to buy a new TV.

Easy to connect. Interfaces easily with the Samsung Tv I recently purchased. Remote is easy to handle and not overly intimidating to look at. In the midst of updating my other tv's this year and will probably stick with these productss

Plays great and came with free month of Netflix. Only problem is the light that shows the power is on is on top of the machine and is very small. My kids leave the machine on all the time until I notice the small light on and turn it off.

Got this for a great price $67. Smaller size and nice looking controls that light up. Has a remote control thats easy to use. Works with WiFi which is very convenient. So, if you have netflix or hulu, you can access them right from this blu ray player aside from playing blu rays or dvds or cds.

Solid Blu Ray player at a good price point for typical non video-phile applications. The wireless connection and apps worked well the first six months. I experienced significant connectivity issues thereafter. In order to resolve I worked with Samsung directly to troubleshoot and then after a somewhat frustrating process I was able to make a warranty claim for the player under its 1 year warranty for a viable repair as the WLAN component was defective. Thereafter the actual warranty process was seamless, effective and quick. The wireless now works flawlessly. I give this unit three stars because while the unit now operates as it should the troubleshooting and initial warranty claim process was challenging. I was surprised with the effectiveness of the shipping, repair and return elements of the warranty process.

Easy to use and set up, good picture quality. Lots of functions for a lower price for comparable items. Buttons on remote are hard to find for common used ones and limited function w/o the remote.

Good quality item that is very easy to set up and very reasonably priced. Good picture quality and easy to hook up to wireless network, even for a not tech-savvy individual. Highly recommend.
