Good picture but some glitches

I have contacted customer support and they were not helpful. Every other feature works great though. The playback of Blu-ray's is flawless. The picture quality is superb. The unit itself is small and fits into any cabinet and the design is sleek.

Had the player for 2+ months and am very pleased.

I bought a Samsung brand player since I had just bought a Samsung 39" TV. Set up was not difficult. Menus are fairly simple. I have a number of old regular DVDs, both purchased and homemade, which play on this blue ray player with no problems. Am very pleased so far.
