I purchased this BluRay player for the spare bedroom and not sure of the brand Samsung but so far the sound quality is excellent, picture quality excellent and installation was a breeze!

This is a teriffic blue ray player, easy to setup and use. Great picture. I only had one issue with it. I was trying to get it to access my movies on a western digital media hub. It did, you could start and stop movies from the networked wd media hub, however, the other functions would not work. the pause, fast forward, and reverse functions would not work. They dont interface between samsung and western digital. Not sure why, but when i called western digital, they were surprised that stop and play worked. I am sure in the future, they will probably get that technology to work. so for now, I will get the we tv play which is suppose to interface correctly.

This player had a good price and arrived quickly, It was easy to set up and is always ready to use. It is compact so can be placed anywhere.

I love that this dvd player is a smart one. I dont have to replace the TVs in my home with smart tv. Just connecting the dvd to the dvd gives me all the features i need of a smart tv.

My boyfriends brother in-law wanted a new blu-ray player that was wi-fi capable, had apps such as Netflix, and not a Sony. This one fit the bill and was within our gift exchange budget.

There is a nice selection of on-line streaming medias including Netflix and Hulu. Easy to set-up and the picture is great. I really like how much smaller it is then my other dvd player.

I watch a lot of Netflix so this smart blue ray player would be perfect for that. But every now and then it freezes up and I have to unplug it and plug it back in to get it going again.

I like the features on this appliance, although trying to find the play or stop button is not that easy if you do it manually. Would be nice if it lit up when you touched it so you could see. Other than that it's worked well.

This t.v. has an incredibly clear picture. It is like the actors are about to step off the screen into the room. Easy to use and set up. Simple and sleek look dresses up any space.

It has everything you want and need in a Blu Ray player for such an amazing price. I just wish it looked cooler. But if you just want a small player in a spare room this is one to get.

I'd have to say I was relieved to find the player easily connected to my system and straightforward to operate. All information needed was related in an easily understood manner and the Smart Wi-Fi allows the freedom to operate the player to view either the web or the included free month of Netflicks. The only downside for the whole system is the remote... operation of the controls is cramped- leading to pressing an incorrect button easily and the backlighting is dim, otherwise, so far-it's a great product .

We got this to replace another blu-ray player. This one works great and we like that it can connect directly to netflix or cinema now.

Most of my electronics are from Samsung. The price was within my budget. Easy set up to Wifi, no more wires. Now I have Netflix setup in bedroom. I highly recommend this product.

Used primarily for streaming netflix.works great! Simple set up and very easy to use. I'm thinking of purchasing another one for my dad.I love it,definitely recommend for everyone.

Worked perfectly. Small and simple but controls are on the top which doesn't work well for some layouts (mine). Have to use the remote all the time which can be a pain if you left it on the couch. Remote is small and dense. A bit bigger would have let the main controls be more obvious. A second HTML output would be handy also. This player gets high marks for playing overseas Blu-Rays that are converted to NTSC (US) but still at 50Hz. Most players don't do that. If you buy BBC (or other European) converted Blu-Rays they are often still at 50Hz. They are converted to 60hz by this player and play perfectly but wont on other big name manufacturers' players.

Bought this for my bedroom and kids room. Easy set up and very easy to operate. Found some more expensive one's but this provided the just the same quality as the others. Love it.

First blueray player other than ps3 and it works perfectly. Easy connection and clear picture. Very easy use of features, even my kids can use it. Great value price as well.

I love how small and compact the unit is now , I also have easy access to netflix now , and that I can still play my dvd's too.

I needed a simple Blu-Ray player for playing movies, nothing fancy. I did not need 3D or apps or anything else very complicated. So my criteria were to get an inexpensive but reliable Blu-Ray player with basic capabilities. This one also happened to be on sale at the time, making the choice easy. I've had Samsung TVs and AV equipment for a decade and never had any problems with it. This Blu-Ray player was easy to set up. Just plug the HDMI cable into the TV and outlet, and done. My kids watched a movie on it that evening and they were happy. I did hook up the WiFi, equally straightforward. The weather app works well, as does YouTube.

I love this blue ray player. it is very small so it is easy to move about the house. Also there are not a lot of wires to connect. I really enjoy the wifi feature and netflix
