great picture and sound quality. small in size +,good price

I'm not really tech savy but I just wanted a simple blue ray player. This unit is overkill for my needs and the remote is confusing.

Does everything we needed it to do and more. Easy to use and small enough not to be noticed.

This is my first blue ray player. Very easy to use and set up. Quality of the picture is great.

I find it's always best to match brands between your TV and blue ray player. This unit is for one of the guest rooms and for the price you can't beat it. We have four Samsung TVs in the house and three have Samsung blue rays on them. So far, I have had no issues with ant of them, Firmware updates through the internet work like a champ. I recommend this product to anyone who is looking for an inexpensive, but good quality player.

Great to have a blue ray dvd that you can update thru Wi-Fi. Easy to use for all functions.

Great for streaming Netflix and allowing me to play my Blu-Ray movies with having only one device. However I prefer using my PS4.

Great all around bluray player, smart interface is not as good as products like the apple tv or roku but overall great one stop device for digital and physical content.

Easy to install. Works well but did have some issues about halfway throught the first movie. Unplugged it and the. It worked fine.

Only problem I had was connection issues with using netflix etc but probably the Internet on my end. Other than that player works good and easy to set up right of the box!

Pleased with overall performance. Only issue I have is when it powers off you need to enter netflix account information back in.

Our old Samsung DVD player was really slow when loading and this one is really fast. I also like that I can control it with my iPhone if the kids misplace the remote

I love Samsung products and this one made a great gift for my grandchildren. Now they will be able to watch their movies in their room. Made a great gift for me, too.

Overall, this is a very good buy. I didn't care about 3D and this player had all the other features I was looking for. A display would be a nice touch, but this isn't a huge issue. I had more difficulty getting connected to wi-fi on this player than I did on my previous no-name brand blu-ray player. While I'm no expert on network issues, I had no where near as difficult a time when I was hooking up my previous player.

Overall good product. Only wish store employee had recommended a special 2 port HDMI cable as we need a port for our cable box as well & our older model tv only had one

We were hesitant to purchase a Blu Ray player as we are not tech savy, however with the instructions that came with it became very easy to not only set up but to actually operate it... We joined NetFlix and became "hooked " on House of Cards - we finished both seasons ( 26 episodes) in a week and one half ! Again very easy to setup...

This unit works well and is easily hooked up but since the buttons are not marked well it is hard to figure out the functions.
