This blu ray player is easy to operate and performs well. Unless I set it up incorrectly, the remote operates about 95% of the functions. It has to be turned on by a very light touch on the surface of the product. The performance of the product is very good, however, and it has internet capabilities for streaming.

My Blue Ray DVD is fantastice. Color is very clear,the prie was fantastic and Best Buy has very good products.

Great price on a quality BluRay player. It doesn't take up much space and I like that it will connect to my WiFi for updates and streaming content (haven't tried that feature yet). My only problem is that the manual control buttons are on top of the player and not the front. They are not labeled and confusing to operate.

The aps on the player was easier to use than the ones on my TV. The picture itself was not what I was expecting.

This player allows you to connect to the internet. This allows you to use netflix amazon prime viedoes etc...

bought as a replacement and it is working out well. nice basic dvd player. can't go wrong with samsung.

Our Samsung DVD player from 2000 no longer fit into our entertainment area. It still worked great so off to Goodwill it went. The Samsung Blu-Ray is definitely a step up. Our old DVDs play better and the Blu-Rays are incredible to watch. We also streamed You Tube and now have Hulu Plus. Great purchase so far!

I just upgraded to a 4K TV,and a new sound system. A friend said don't waste my money on a Blue-Ray Player, since the future is all streaming. He was wrong because there is a great difference in Blue-Ray disk quality vs. a streamed movie.

I bought this Blu-ray player primarily for streaming purposes. I needed a decide to stream Netflix so I purchased this Blu-ray. Pro, its easy to install and use. Cons, limited connections, controller does not work for tv and no Netflix button on remote.

right out of the box I had it set up and connected and was watching Netflix! Ease of use is the best feature. The remote is easy to use and the right size. just wish the navigation butons were located on the upper end of the remote. Overall, very happy with this product. Samsung makes the best products!.

Happy with the customer service provided by Best Buy. Hence go to the store instead of purchasing online.

Everything runs like it should. Would be better if the player had actual play button on the player itself

I bought this for a bedroom. It was a very easy set up and I had no trouble using it. I was concerned that it would not play some of my DVDs (a problem I had with another brand) but so far this has not been an issue. I've done one software upgrade with no issues. Overall it appears to be a good product.

This is my second Samsung blu-ray player. Lots of content apps. like Netflix, Vudu, Pandora, and others plus a great price and built-in wireless make this a no brainer for me. Also -- if you own a Samsung TV (newer one) the remotes are synced up so you can control the TV with the Blu-ray remote or vice-versa.

Good blu-ray player. It's hard to work using the blu-ray player itself, because the buttons are sensors and not actual buttons, but with the remote it's a piece of cake. Does a good job playing blu-rays and dvds. Overall no real complaints.

I got this blu ray player to go along with my Samsung 32" smart TV. The set up was easy and the picture quality great. Pandor which noted on my TV does not work due to some type of licensing issues but works great on this blu-ray player

Picture quality good. Had a previous Samsung Blu Ray player which was demoted to kids room. Both the new and the previous units have the same problem: the control buttons on the units are difficult to see and do not function well when pushed. Long lead time between pushing the buttons and anything happening.

As all samsungs are excellent and this is no different. Works great with the Samsung tv I just bought.

I bought the Samsung Blue-ray with built in WiFi as a gift for my mother-in-law, she does not like change, but she loves her new blue-ray player. It was so easy to set up with her Samsung LED TV she is able to use the same remote for both which was a BIG PLUS for her, easy to get online for NetFlix.
