The DVD/Blue ray is very good, but the in built software for Hulu plus, youtube or anything else is too slow, I know is not what it is made for but I was expecting a faster access to third party software. However wifi connection is really good and the connection with other Samsung products is great

This is a small, easy to use device. My only problem with it is that the buttons on the unit itself are a little difficult to figure out as this is so sleek. However, that isn't a big deal.

DVD player is good for upgrading you current tv to smart apps. However know this only has hdmi output

I really enjoy accessing U-tube and Vudu on my samsung blue ray

So far so good. Easy to use (5 year old son uses it). Only problem was on set up. Instructions should state that you should do a "Update" to the unit before you use it. Otherwise you will not be able to load the Netflix App. At least that is what happened to me. Other than that very satisfied.

I purchased this DVD player to replace my non-blu-ray player. I did not want to spend a fortune, so I thought I would try one on my entertainment center. It is perfect, has good picutre feedback and sound. I was so impressed that I purchased another one the next day for another TV in the home.

I had never purchased a Smart product so I was nervous about getting the Internet connection properly installed. It literally took a few minutes and I not only had Internet but was already viewing what movie to watch on Netflix. Awesome Samsung product and a great picture on my Samsung television.

I purchased this Blu-ray player for my mom in January so she could stream Netflix, it worked fine for a couple of months. After that when she would select Netflix and the screen would go black, tried to take it back to Best Buy and it was too late to return. Called Samsung and stayed on the phone with them troubleshooting for nearly 2 hours, the app worked yet again for a few weeks. I keep contacting Samsung and all they want to do is troubleshoot rather than send another player. No one has time to troubleshoot every other month. My mom loves Samsung, but I think this might change her mind about the brand with their poor customer service.

Integrates well with our samsung TV. After set up just put in the DVD and it automatically starts.

Bought this unit to make an older TV a "smart" TV, primarily for Netflix. Was worried by earlier reviews about installed apps. But once it's installed and online, it updates very quickly and does everything it's advertised to do.

An affordable bluray and media streaming component. Easy to set up.

Does a great job with playback and internet access. Updates installed smoothly. Remote works well.

Grandkids required updated DVD Player and this one fit the bill perfectly for current and future use.

We sometime take this with us on the road to have access to a blue ray player at hotels. Works well.

Like all the apps that were included. Nice to access videos, pictures and music from my computer.

Turned our non-smart tv into a streamer. Plays DVDs & Blu-ray well. Do check what streaming services are supported though. To our horror Acorn TV is not supported on this device. Is slower to load than our fire tv box but not really an issue.

got this when i got a new tv for my bedroom. the wifi set up was insanely easy. had an older samsung blu ray player in my living room and got rid of it and bought another of this samsung blu ray player. looks and sounds awesome!
