    This player does a great job at up scaling the quality of DVDs on a high-def TV! Also, it was the only player that had an optical audio output as opposed to coaxial.

    I played a blue ray DVD on my Samsung DVD player to watch on my Samsung uhd smart tv. Reception and sound quality were very good. Set up was easy. Videos on YouTube , music on Pandora and other sites were easy to navigate.
