The upscaling feature really is nice, easy to use, plug and plays well with other Samsung products and automatically sets up the DVD mode when its turned on. Nice product.

Fairly easy set up

However, we had difficulty getting Netflix to work and had to call Samsung to provide updates on this brand new out of the box unit. Took several hours to get that resolved but no problems since then.

I was looking for something small enough to fit on my mantle. This worked well eliminating the need to install shelving to house components.

Would have been a 5 star product if.....

We hooked everything up to find that the DVD door would not open...at all...so I called a Best Buy in a neighboring town (after calling the one in my town and sitting on hold for 45 mins then to be answered and hung up on). The Customer service rep was fabulous...she got everything taken care of and had me out the door in no time at all.
