Good, but buggy.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this model solely based on its ability to use the Plex app. I use a wired connection, yet the connectivity drops just about every time I turn it on. It will reconnect when printed to test the connection. I have to start the Plex app several times to get it to work. The picture quality is great, but Samsung needs to update their firmware.

Very good performance vs price

Good once I received a new one

No packing, no remote, power cord wrapped around the unit. Unit would continue to power on/off, on/off. Fought through an hour and a half with three different Best Buy representatives and finally receive a new one. Product worked great. Fast load, plays media files, good interface.

Easy to Operate DVD Player

One of my criteria was having actual buttons on the device so I could operate it with or without a remote. This unit met that criteria & the buttons were easy to reach & see.
