Samsung added a glow in the dark button, finally. The remote is difficult to use when watching a movie because the keys all run together. The glow button helps. Sharpness of player is top notch. Wish slow motion was a little more versatile.

I would recommend a big tv for the 3D. I have a 75 inch and it is awesome. The bigger the better.

Great Blu-ray player with loads of apps and 4k streaming. Note* this player does not play the new 4k HDR DVD's, but it up scales streaming and plays at highest 2k resolutions.

This blu-ray player is amazing. Very nice menu and easy to use. We went from an older samsung to this one and was impressed at the difference in speed of loading menu items and disks.

This Bluray player replaced another Samsung from 6 years ago. The previous one was very reliable so I decided to purchase the newer model. I do not use the 3d or Ultra Hd capabilities yet, but I think it is a great bluray player. Highly recommended.

Bought this to replace a Philips home theater blu-ray player that died. I've had better luck with Samsung so I went with this. I don't have a 3D TV so I have no experience with that part but the player has done everything I need.

Bought as a replacement for Sony Bluray with future compatibility with 4K resolution and 3D TV capability. Have used the 3d and find it nicely compatible with my Samsung 3d 4K 65" TV

Very nice product great picture upscale feature is great

We only use it to watch movies, becoming less and less of that as so much is streaming now. We use the smart TV for the streaming as it seams to preform better than the Blu Ray.

Was not sure about this, but when compared with an ordinary HDMI cable one can see the difference, even a difference with the sound.

I always trust Samsung and this player is great. I imagine if I didn't already have a smart tv it would be great to use this on a regular tv so you can store stuff on it, etc.

I was pleasantly surprised with my purchase! I had bought a couple other players before this one and none of them seemed to work. So with this one working out of the box was such a sigh of relief. My old player that I had loved stopped updating. It has great sound quality and the picture is amazing. And what I love is that if you have a Samsung TV you can control the volume with and the player with just one remote.

Works well with my Classe surround sound system. Does have throughput issues streaming online content. Image becomes pixelated. I don't think this is a wireless router issue as the player is 12 feet from my new netgear router.

Really enjoying this easy-to-use Blu-Ray player with my Samsung HD Smart TV. Great picture!

love this product, its 4k with wifi built in, Recommended for everyone who likes movies

When I was able to run a Blue Ray DVD I found that the DVD Player would not play Blue Ray DVDs because the unit did not come with the correct programming to run a B-R DVD. Needless to say I was aggravated at the thought of purchasing a Blue Ray DVD Player but there was no programming to run a B-R DVD. No doubt I will have to contact your store where I purchased the unit or contact Samsung to find out why I did not get the B-R DVD programming. If I am not properly treated rest assured that I will not purchase another product from Best Buy or Samsung and will not say one good word about your customer service and/or my satisfaction.

I like that the load time is really fast. Also, the extra app and internet options make this player very versatile. Great purchase.

Samsung has a great product here the installation is a snap hdmi cable and wireless code and your ready to view blu-ray movies

This Blu Ray Player meets and exceeds the standard for Disc Players and also provides network connectivity with access to many of the common apps used by most consumers.

I had bought a Sony and it was not what I expected.... The sound would go up and down while the movies would be playing. This Samsung is great no problems works great
