    The 6500 has been a nice upgrade in my opinion. The blu ray player has a quick response time and that was my biggest issue with the previous blu Ray players I owned.

    This is a must have 3D/Blu-ray player to go with the Samsung LED 3D 4K Ultra HD TV. This unit has unique control buttons on top and works well with other Samsung equipment.

    My intended purpose is mainly to use this as a bluray player. Roku has a much better user interface for the other features included with this device. Bought it on sale, so a fair price for the intended purpose.

    I chose this one because my TV is not a Smart TV and this unit makes it one. We've watched 2D blu rays, DVDs and streamed movies and the picture and sound quality has been excellent on all of them. I was pleasantly surprised at how easily we got it hooked up and would recommend it to anyone who (like me) is not-so-tech-savvy.

    I recently purchased a Samsung 4K tv. I only have a few channels that offer 4K programming at this party in time. I purchased this DVD player because it states that it upscales to near 4K picture quality. It does a very good job upscaling to near 4K quality. Now we want to watch all of our favorite blue ray movies, until the price drops on the Samsung 4K DVD player.
