item was missing instructions and remote had 2 different batt., when I returned it, I was told it was returned before.Since I bought it as a gift, I wanted a new one.It wasn't listed as open box. I think consumers should be told if it's a return. Plus, weren't contents checked when returned before selling it again?

This is great. I haven't tried the 3D function with my 3D tv but it works great.

This is equipment that I don't use everyday. I needed to upgrade trust Samsung to provide a good product at a fair price.

I've only had the blue-ray player a short time, but I am pleased with it so far. It was easy to set up, and is easy to use. No problems with the Wi-fi connection.

Have watched a couple of movies since purchasing the player. Like the clarity and speed with which I am able too enjoy it.

This smart player works great! The internet browser is cumbersome, unless you buy a separate wireless mouse and keyboard.

As with all other Samsung products this was an excellent choice. Lots of options.

I had an older Samsung blue ray player that was giving me some playback issues. So, I was looking for a new and improved player. This player is great. The user interface is rather simple to use and I like the way it looks. The WiFi is a plus as well.

So far so good, seems to work nicely. I got this because I purchased a 4K Tv.

This little box is crammed with capability. It is a must if you do not have a smart TV. I will likely never use most of those functions. My use is to play 4K, 3-D movies, which it does very well. This is a great product at a very reasonable price.

I have nothing negative to report. Perhaps after additional use that could change.

Samsung goes ahead others in many items they manufactires, this is one of those.

I bought this DVD player because we recently got a 4k flatscreen. Still have not used the 4K feature, as it is difficult to find DVDs with this capability, but it is still a great blu-ray player! the built in wireless is another great extra!

Read most of the reviews on this and other Blu-ray players and this one came out on top of the reviews. Has all the features of most Blu-ray players with 3D added in, and at a great price when you catch this on sale. Happy with this purchase.

Good Blu-ray player, connectivity issues as it comes to apps such as Netflix, could be the wi-fi in the house though.

Ease of setting up. Has optical output for my BOSE system while others did not.

Setting it up was easy but since it had no HDMI I had to also purchase one.
