    When it worked it worked well. But it would intermittently lock up and would have to unplug it to reset it.

    i really wanted a new blu ray player cus my other my main one has not been playing my concerts dvd's so well at times. the one i got for Christmas had no face, no graphics. couldn't even see an on/off button, much less what chapter you were on, etc... this one has that. but it doesn't play bootleg concerts from other region/country codes which i'm not happy with.
