It worked for less than 4 days
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.But this particular unit might have just been a defect... My luck, 3 Blu ray 3d 4k players in 2 years! This one was a replacement again but only lasted less than 4 days. But If I was limited to choices because my old receiver required optical digital input for sound because HDMI didn't transfer sound... So I basically had 2 choices, this one or the better Panasonic DMP-BDT460 - available on Best Buy online for more money. I picked this first even though it didn't have the removable power cable like the Panasonic DMP-BDT460. Long story short, ended up paying more for the Panasonic anyways because it had better features that I was looking for anyways, and didn't feel like wasting time on another Samsung replacement. But definitely buy the geek squad plan! Players these days don't last long anymore.

Loads fast/seamless streaming

It took too long to load its software and it dropped our shows as we were streaming them on Netflix. This new machine has corrected both of those issues. Expensive, but worth every penny.
