Incorrect specifications mentioned in online specs

And there is not input hdmi ports. These Incorrect specs made to me buy this product. When I approached the store to check this, I didn't get the the proper response. He told me to return if I don't want. Worst customer service I have ever seen. With much frustration in Bestbuy customer service, I was forced to return the item without other option. I would rather avoid purchasing from Bestbuy.

Good DVD Player for the money
