Broken Out of the Box
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this Blueray 3D player with built in Wifi on Cyber Monday and it would not play Blueray movies. I reset it and tried several different HDMI cables and it still didn't work. I called Samsung technical support and they had me repeat everything I already did (very frustrating) and told me to exchange it. I took it back to Best Buy the next day and they quickly exchanged it and I got the new one home and it failed AGAIN! I believe it is because it performs a software update when you turn it on and the update breaks it. I'm NOT getting this model again when I return it.

It's a blu-ray

Wish that the dvd would've came in a none Blu-ray option so we could update to the newest and greatest only as each of the existing died. Hope it isn't like TVs.... The newest and greatest TV cost 10 times more and lives 10 times LESS long...just doesn't live as long as those old dinosaur bulky things of the past....doesn't make any since!

Its worth it

When playing a dvd (cd, blu ray) you can't hesr it spinning with other brands I have had in the past thats all you could hear even with sound all the way up. To me there is a few down falls tho 1. Can not zoom in. 2. When not using disk player and you have a disk in you can hear it spinning (annoying). 3. With Netflix you have to open each title to see if it is expiring. I would by an other one.
