Not much of a change

This new one plays okay but the tray pops out so I have to have it set back away fro the glass doors in front of the player. The old one had self inject and reject no tray.

I have never been dissatisfied with a Samsung product and love the fact that it has the capability to sync with my Samsung Galaxy S7 and my Samsung tablet to control the DVD player.

Ok but not perfect

I replaced an old Sony player that wasn't supporting Amazon video properly anymore. This player sometimes hangs when opening Netflix so I then have to unplug and replug the power to reset it. Usually works ok but a nuisance when this happens.

It's a Mystery

We like the system but opening the player with a Harmony device is a bit of a mystery -- wave your hand above the unit and it opens. Can't get the Harmony to open it for us. That's the only complaint we have -- and it might be more "user error" than anything else!

Great 4k up conversion player

Easy to use interface and great selection of apps and excellent Blu Ray disc up conversion for your 4k tv. All around great player...and it has a front display! Highly recommended.

I am super thrilled at the clarity of the DVD's played on this tv. If you have a SUHD go out and buy this DVD player you will be happy you did.
