Picture is excellent paired with my Samsung 65" smart tv. The only falt I can find is the DVD must be very clean before playing or the movie may pause, error reading disk. It will usually continue but there will be some media lost. Clean it first and I have had no problems.

haven't watched a 4k dvd so i can't rate it any higher . I AM VERY HAPPY WIT THE PLAYER QUALITY AND THE 3D Picture is excellant it jumps right out of the screen. like the internet capabilities they are simple and easy to understand and set up would recommend it to others

Could not hook it up. Not happy with connection options!!

My only negative comment about the product is that the optical audio output does not provide sound to my rear speakers. I had to look it up in the manual to make sure I wasn't going crazy. To get full surround sound back I will need to get a new receiver with HDMI audio.

I Haven't used it a whole lot. So far it is good..

Saw this item for sale for 50% of retail. Ordered online to be picked up. Actually the price of the item in the store was only $$20.00 off store price. Bought it anyway though advertising was not totally truthful. Still a good buy on a good BD player

We purchased this unit to replace a Sony BDP-S5100 that failed. Our expectations for a Blu-Ray player are quite basic- economical, integrated apps, and simple user interface. The BD-H6500/ZA meets all these and is a product that we would purchase again.

This Blu-ray does an excellent job of bringing out colors that you don't get from other machines. I have a Samsung TV and this seems to work in tandem and I would highly recommend with other Samsung Tv's.

This DVD player is great. The wireless feature is perfect for Netflix and streaming online data. I also love this model bexcuse it has a display screen that most DVD players don't have anymore.

This was recommended by the sales employee to provide a 4k movie experience on my new 4k TV. The device struggled to recognize 3D versus standard blue ray DVDs . After turning on power to the device it would some times show a picture and other times remain blank. Maybe I received a lemon or Samsung has substantial room for improvement with this product. I would not recommend this Samsung DVD player and I took this back to exchange for the 4K Sony DVD 3D player.

I am enjoying my equipment. I have so many things i would like to buy from best buy. I find myself always looking for your 3 hours sell to buy things. This is one of my favorite stores.

This has been a great player, my last one was VHS/DVD combo, that tells you how long I've put off getting another one, I especially like that this will play both blue ray and DVD

The player offers a wide range of streaming content in addition to onboard wireless access. It can act as a source for system streaming every kind of audio from Blu-rays or CDs. Beware I'ts fast loading.... Nice upgrade...

Our kids dig watching 3D movies occasionally. I would buy this again. I would recommend the replacement plan as well. We bought some kid sized glasses on the internet.

Haven't used a whole lot yet, but seems to work fine when have. Apps seem to be fast, faster than the Samsung DVD player (several years old) that this one replaced.

Best out of the three current bluerays we have.I love the push button open drawer.search the web,plays all dvds I've tried. Great options.My favorite.

This Blu/Ray player was easy to install and provides an crystal clear picture whe paired with my Samsung 4K television. I would definitely recommend purchasing.
