This blu ray player has everything I wanted, and works perfectly, more then I expected. Is fast, the picture is excellent, Samsung continue doing excellent products. JUST LOVE IT....

I bought this Blu-Ray for it's specific features for the optical cable input for my current setup. Purchased online and received a day sooner than expected. Setup was easy. Power, optical and HDMI and set to go. Setup wifi was simple. It was a little buggy when I tried to play my first Blu-Ray. It would not start to play, but after putting around I got it going and has been well since.

This is one of the best blue ray players on the market and u will not be dispponted.

Excellent 4K pictures on 4K DVDs much better than just Blu Ray as long as you have the 4 K UHD TV to accompany your system.

The 3D images are great on Sony 65" 4k. Old DVD movies are also up scaled very nicely too. The setup was very easy.

To qualify my summary...I own 5 Samsung TVs and 1 Samsung Tablet among other technology. No problem with Samsung TVs. I had purchased a Samsung Blu-Ray 3D player about 3 years ago (model BD-C5900). We have used it maybe 10 times and it is net connected and is updated. It would not Load a DVD. I purchased the BD-J7500 from BestBuy yesterday (with extended maintenance after my first Samsung Blu-Ray experience) and while watching the very FIRST Blu-Ray DVD (also purchased from BestBuy) the disc froze playing 15 times during the movie and skipped ahead in the movie whenever it happened. If you like a bit of mystery when watching a movie...then maybe this P0S is for you. I'm returning mine today.

This was my 1st blu-ray dvd player. I have to admit I was surprised with some of the functionality. Easy to setup & maneuver. Nice quality.

Used with my new 4k television. Great clarity and easy to use.

I decided to change from another well known model because of its video failures. This model from Streaming to the 4K Upscaling capability is far superior. Power on feature is fast and the DNA Link with other brands is smooth with no hiccups.

Have had for a couple of weeks, no issues so far. Blu-ray and DVDs both play well, pleased with apps.

This was my first purchase of a 3D DVD player and it proved to be a very good selection.

Bought this model to go with our new Samsung SUHD-8500 TV. After five phone calls to Samsung support, they told us the unit was defective. We returned it and replaced it with another 7500. The second unit had the same problem; it shut down after 13-15 minutes of play. Best Buy was great about trying to resolve the problem, but nothing seemed to make it work consistently. Traded it in for a Sony 6500 today. My advice is don't bother with the Samsung 7500 or waste your time with Samsung "help", head back to BB and ditch this one!

Hopefully someone will read this before they buy it if they, like me, see 4K in the title of the product and assume it plays 4K movies...IT DOES NOT!!! It is a 3D dvd player. I don't have much knowledge when it comes to electronics so I assumed when the title said 4K that that is exactly what it was. I wish one of the knuckleheads at Best Buy would have pointed this out to me when I bought it at the SAME TIME that I bought my new 4K UHD TV!! Now I have to pack it up and drive back to my Best Buy to return it. *I only gave 3 stars because of the lack of information the Best Buy staff gave me when purchasing this player. There is no incomplete that I can choose

Good blue ray player. Still in the box ,plays good .

This is the second Samsung blu-ray player I've owned that started having the SAME problem in less than a year. It works alright, then I go to turn it on one day and all of a sudden I get no video image whatsoever. It plays discs still, but theres no video at all. It's not a problem with the HDMI, I tried multiple ones, and it's not the HDMI port on my tv, I tried the other ones too. Both Samsung brand players I've had started doing the same exact thing. I'm never getting a Samsung player ever again.

I purchased the DVD player Samsung - BD-J7500/ZA last month and I try to play my new blu-ray movie but it did not play at all, it only could watch the commercials and it could not play the movie. I do everything but play the movie. I only had the DVD player for a few hours and i returned it because it wasn't good. Not GOOD

I brought this under my Best Buy account but for some reason won't locate my member number. But I hate this product... it started not connecting to the internet for Netflix and now wont play blu rays. I've looked up all the online fixes and none of them work... please do yourself a favor and skip this product it's the worst
