Overall, having used it many times now, owned it for several weeks, and my take is its just like any other available microwave out there just with wifi, smart appliance and part of the bespoke ecosystem. The smart aspect of it is you can input the time you want something to cook for but you can't start it. You'll even get notification when its done and you can start/stop the fan or turn the lights on or off so I think those the the best part about it. I don't think I'd pay several hundreds for it but if it's on sale then I think it'll be worth it, also liking the 4 fan speeds and can be quiet depending on your set up and how the air gets ventilated. The one only reason why I ding'd 1-star because the product was rated at excellent and inspected per receipt that was inside the box but after inspecting the microwave closely one side of the microwave was dented =( but that didn't effect the function but still, you can't claim excellent when theres body damaged visible, so these are not even blemishes that can be rubbed off so maybe next time BestBuy inspects items make a note of that so it's expected and not surprised. So maybe I should give BestBuy 2-star rating so that's the only thing that I was not happy about. The product itself is great.

WORST SAMSUNG PURCHASE EVER.

Generally I only buy Samsung products because of the quality, but unfortunately, this is the worst microwave I've ever had. I've only had it a few months and now it 'overheats' and shuts itself off if heat anything more than 2.5 minutes or microwave two things consecutively, even if it's for a short amount of time. The only way I'm able to restart it is if I leave the microwave open for a half hour between uses to fully cool down. Having looked online, it's a common problem and I've tried everything the Samsung sites and forums recommend. (It's propertly installed, vents cleared, etc.) Perhaps Mine may have come with bad wiring or a faulty motherboard. I am trying to reach Samsung for help, but have had some difficulty. But shoppers beware, this microwave looks great but the overheating issue seems common and renders the appliance useless...
