Awesome microwave but dents super easy. Put some sugar above the cabinet and it hit the stainless steel trim on top and dented badly the paper thin stainless steel

The microwave is sleek, modern and spacious. But three deficiencies: 1. The touch control buttons especially for the timer are hard to press - have to use my thumb with very firm pressure. 2. you cannot use the microwave to microwave and use the timer function at the same time and finally, 3. You have to open and shut the microwave to see the control panel - I tried pressing hard on the dark screen but it usually doesn't work. Never had these problems with the Samsung microwave we replaced. Bummer!

Wish I could give 1.5 stars, and that’s only for the interior size and overall white bespoke design that matches my Samsung range and fridge. Otherwise, I hate this microwave. It’s an instant regret purchase. I wish I could turn back time or go back in time to tell myself to never buy this heap.
Problems:
It is only 1,000watts vs my old 1,100watt GE. It’s only 100 watt difference right? That’s what I thought. The problem is that it feels like this is an 800watt oven. 2:30 for popcorn on my GE. Now it takes almost 4 minutes. I hate having to relearn all my normal cook times for things.
Even with its internal fan, steam pours out of the front below the door and covers the control panel unless you all turn on the hood ventilation fans. Never an issue on my far cheaper GE microwave.
You want to set a timer? No you don’t. There is no button on the control panel to activate a timer. You have to go through the microwave’s menu system to get to a timer. Wow. Brilliant F U move by Samsung to customers.
The overall responsiveness of the menu bar absolutely sucks when the microwave goes into sleep mode. Getting it to come alive takes so many presses all over the nenu are or you can open and close the door so that mechanism wears out prematurely. Brilliant Samsung.
Cooking overall is inconsistent. Sometimes heating up 1 cup of milk takes 15 seconds. Yet other times the same cup of milk takes 20.
Overall I loathe this microwave ESPECIALLY considering its ridiculous price. DON’T BUY THIS! Even if you are desperate to match your other Samsung appliances, it’s not worth it. Just run away. Buy ANY other microwave brand.
We don't want any customer to regret their purchase. I can understand how difficult this must be for you. We are here to assist you.
With the Eco Mode feature, this microwave uses less electricity when on standby. The microwave enters a power-saving mode, and the display goes out once you press the Stop Eco button. Press any button to cancel the Eco mode.
On page 14 of the model's user manual link below, you can check the steps to manually set the timer of your Samsung microwave. https://downloadcenter.samsung.com/content/UM/202402/20240227134323926/O_01._IB_FULL_ME7500D_ME21DG6700SR_AA_AC_EN.pdf

This is a very fine and good-looking microwave with two issues, first the good-It looks great, the front bottom control board stays lit to make those night runs easy to operate, The bottom Led lights look great and the inside cooking area is a nice size with an easy to clean interior. The bad for me, this was noticeably lower than most I have bought, hence closer to the stove that can be an issue if you use large steaming pots, and gave my Samsung stove a different look due to the how you see the back panel of my stove, last was it says fingerprint resistant. I said that to my wife and she laughed, the prints come right off but at no time did it not make a fingerprint. It is a nice product but make sure it works for you.

I'm starting to realize this about all Samsung appliances: They are made to look nice, and the people who made them NEVER USED THEM FOR AN EXTENDED PERIOD.
But of all their products I have (fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave) this is BY FAR the worst. It looks nice. Everything else is negative. You have to click SO many times to do ANYTHING. When using the timer (which is what I use most, as I use it while cooking) you have to first wake up the stupid glass "buttons" by swiping your finger about 50 times until you're recognized, then click the "Settings" for some ungodly reason, then scroll to "Timer" which is the SECOND setting, not even the first! Then click OK then type in the full amount of time, (no, the +30s buttons does NOT work for the timer, so you have to type '3' and then '0' for 30s) and then click OK again. And Zeus help you if you mistype something because once you mess up the timer you have all those button clicks plus another 5 to fix your mistake so you can do it all over again. Was trying to time flipping steaks, literally took 1 minute and 30 seconds to enter the time I wanted to get it started. AND the timer can't run while it's doing anything else. AND when you just go to cook something all this happens too. Wake up the interface, type in each number individually, click OK, then click OK to confirm "yes, I want 100% power". WHY?? And then it wants to connect to my wifi? To get RECIPES? Bro you can't even help me keep track of steak flipping every 30 seconds.
And this thing is flimsy. If you're installing this yourself (or swapping the charcoal filter later) then good freaking luck pulling out the top and reinstalling it without snapping at least one tab.
Worst Samsung product so far by far, do not recommend. But hey my wife likes how they look so I'll probably be back to review another one when my stove dies -___-
We understand how challenging it can be when everyday functions like setting a kitchen timer or maintaining filters feel more complicated than expected, and we’re here to help guide you through the correct steps using the user manual.
To help with using the kitchen timer and the +30 sec function, please proceed as outlined in the user manual below and review the specified sections carefully for proper operation. Proceed to page 14 under the subtopic Kitchen Timer. Additionally, for the +30 sec function, please review page 15 under the +30 sec subtopic.
For concerns related to filter maintenance, including cleaning and replacement, please follow the instructions provided in the same manual to ensure the filters are handled and reinstalled correctly. Proceed to pages 33 to 34 under the subtopics Cleaning the grease filter and Replacing the charcoal filter.

new Samsung Bespoke microwave looks great and runs great. My only reservations are that it is prone to showing fingerprints on the glass controls and it is difficult to wipe clean without streaks. Also, the auto-dimming controls is not the greatest feature since it requires you to swap your fingers across the panel to light-up again and the clock does not stay on.

Love the sleek surface. Buttons are difficult to push. Love the large capacity. Wish it had a center rack so more than one plate could cook at a time. Wish the "Add 30 seconds" button would automatically start the microwave. Hate the blue-ish over-range light.

Upgraded from 1.1 cub samsung microwave to this one for design match of other appliances. 1.1 had more powerfull vent of 550cfm and had auto connectivity with my range for automatic vent. This one has 400cfm and does not have auto connectivity even that it says on the samsung website and there's a picture on bestbuy site as well. Customer support claims this feature is not included with the microwave. Not sure why but otherwise the unit is great.
