Missing Microwave
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.More than three weeks after my order of this microwave I still do not have it in my possession. When purchased I was told five days. All the info I get from Best Buy is that it has been delayed. Kind of hard to respond to the email asking for a review when I haven't received the item. Is this a Best Buy problem, Samsung, ??? Don't really know, but Best Buy should be trying harder to give an update, and should have known they didn't have inventory when it was purchased.

Do not buy!!!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This broke after 2 months. Have had a technician come out 5 times to try and fix and it’s still broken. Samsung will not replace and have said someone will call back with 24 hours and never called. So we now have no vent either. VERY FRUSTRATING!!! So now I guess we wait for a tech to come out again! Plus I have to leave work early to be home for him. All Best Buy will say is you should have ordered extra warranty…. No one would ever think after 2 months a $550 microwave would just stop working. Very disappointing
