We picked this for the auto-dimming feature and also I liked the filter set-up. It's larger and in the middle. You push on it and it pops out for cleaning. The filter material is sturdier than typical microwave filters where you have the 2 flimsy silver squares on either side held in with metal "loops". The panel dims completely except for the clock which also dims after a certain point so there is nothing lit up on the door. Also, it is a "basic" microwave, meaning no other cook features like convection/roast, metal rack, temperature probe, etc that our last one had and never once got used. We just want to reheat stuff. It has presets and I've heated pizza 2x and I will say, the "sensor" time for that would have turned it to lava had I not checked it midway. I've reheated coffee which took 30 seconds compare to 1 minute in our old one. So, lots of power! Works with SmartThings and connected right away. It's got basic features in the app, power level, cook time. You can set a filter reminder, end signal reminder and has "sounds" option which will turn the tap sounds on or off. This is just what we were looking for.

The only reason i am giving it a 4 star is for the lack of a timer fuction. Without the timer you have to choose their selction on an item instead of just popping something in for 20 seconds. Other than that, it works amazing. I can connect it to my range to sync my dinner properly. I do love the fact that i dont have to have a hood vent. You absolutely can hook it up to a hood vent but dont have to. During my remodel i was able to not cut a hole through the cabinets for the hood. The charcoal filter removes all steam and greese and cleans before recirculating. If i ever do sell, however, they must have the same microwave that allows for ductless.

Once you get used to the touch screen and how to use the microwaves options, it is great! A sleek design that is easy to keep clean. We installed ourselves, which was not easy but not hard, just took some time.

The microwave works great best one i’ve ever had and the installation I paid for was fast and easy aswell as a pain free experience. Because I already had a Samsung microwave before this one, the guy who installed my microwave said he didn’t need to put a new bracket on because my microwave was previously a 2016 samsung microwave which made them compatible incase people were wondering for themselves.

Just what i was looking for! No handles protruding; just sleek, straight lines! So far, prrformance is awesome and the inside is very spacious. I haighly recommend this product.

Love this Samsung OTR Microwave. The only thing I do not like is, it's hard to see the food in the microwave while it's cooking

This was purchased to match the stove we just bought and it replaces a 9-year-old Samsung that's still in good shape so we're giving it away and we love it. It's beautiful to look at it works seamlessly with the stove and does everything it should do thanks Samsung.

I absolutely love the design and the operation of this piece of art. It’s fully functional with dimming lights it’s giving luxurious it give the kitchen a complimentary look. Perfect fit over the range . It also gives easy directions on warming food. It’s not loud or noisy. I recommend this microwave to anyone that wants a good microwave

The door screen touch is hard to press for the selection. Sometimes you have to open the door of the microwave to see the selection. The digital clock is turning off after its used.

Love this new microwave. It’s beautiful to look at, very easy to keep the outside clean with the face being mostly glass, a quick rub with a microfiber cloth removes fingerprints. It works really well, touch controls are intuitive.

We have put this bad boy in and it will heat up everything nicely.
