But it arrived with the front glass panel shattered. Then I return it for an exchange for the same exact model. This time it came in great condition, really delivered with care. But after mounting the microwave and trying to reheat some food to appliance wont heat. Its was from one problem to the next! So I returned it again. The microwave design is spectacular and really modern, I would have given it 5 stars if was actually working. So my experience was not great at all. But hey maybe your experience will be better than mines hopefully.

I live 45 minutes from the closest best buy and now I need to drive back to buy the wall mount when the rep could've easily told me I needed to order the mount also. I called customer service and they stated that the microwaves no longer come with mounting brackets. For a microwave as expensive as this, wow
