Ordered the Samsung Bespoke 2.1 Cu. Ft. Over-the-Range Microwave and Best Buy delivered fast. Shipping was super quick, the item arrived in perfect condition, and the whole process was effortless. Gives the kitchen a very elegant touch. Nice and easy to operate. Have been using it for less than a month and no issues at all. The inside is bigger (also the plate) than the one we had before ( LG)

So far so good. Love the look and it heats everything up really well. Wifi is a nice option too. Easy install.

We love this "smart" microwave for overall quality and style. The one thing we are struggling with, is the touch screen icons are not sensitive enough when pressing them. We have to press several times to turn on the light, choose a heat level, or select extra time. Overall, we like the size of the unit over our stove and the interior cleans easily. Still learning more of the features, but the app is nice to get notifications when cooking is done, and to shut off the light with my phone.

This is a great product it was easy to install and looks great with are other appliances. I like how I can add it to my smart things app. You can control the light and other features as well.

Solid Microwave. The Blower/venting is pretty powerful for an under cabinet mounted microwave system. Controls are easy to navigate and user friendly. It has wifi capability, and I can verify that you can control everything from your phone. My question is "why would you want to?" Just my opinion. Installation instructions are straight forward, and the process is well thought out. We've only been using it for a brief period of time, but I see nothing negative about it. Side note on the handleless design. The microwave I replaced had an attached handle on the front of the microwave door. The handle broke/detached, and I couldn't find a way to repair/re-attach the handle. This microwave has a built-in handle in the side of the door, so unless the door breaks there shouldn't be the same problem.

I purchased this microwave to match with the oven. This too was easy to install (if you take it slow, I watched a couple install videos as well), Modern sleek look. Most importantly, works great!

This microwave is durable and it is spacious inside. Its ceramic enamel interior allows for easy cleaning. It was also very easy to install. I would highly recommend this product.

Great item. Large inside and looks great for a “dent” item. The only negative is the glossy flat front which ALWAYS has fingerprints. With little kids it’s usually marked up. But the microwave works great!

It's a great microwave. No issues with it so far. Installation was a bit difficult as I'd hoped that it would fit the same way as the other one as my last one was a Samsung, but it did not work out that way. It works great. You can turn off the display if you want, which is neat.

Love the capacity in the microwave. Easy to use and instructions in the booklet is easy to follow. Like the front of the microwave with the stainless steei and black.

It's a good microwave and of good quality. Also, the price , it's where I found it the cheapest, and the customer service at the time of purchase was excellent. The employee knew how to explain the product details and the delivery process clearly
