Not even One star. I purchased a microwave from Best Buy, and it arrived with a huge dent. When I contacted customer service, I was shocked to find out they refused to accept a return or offer a proper resolution. This is completely unacceptable for a product that was clearly damaged before or during delivery. I expected better quality control and customer service from a major retailer. Very disappointed and will think twice before shopping here again.

After 8 months, the Samsung microwave stopped heating. Not a good product. They should stick to tvs. It took them to replace 4 major parts including mother board to get it working. Now, I’ve got to get an installer to put to back up and the 1 year warranty is still ticking from the date of purchase and not from the time of repair

I've already reviewed this item twice I don't know why you keep sending me emails I will never shop at your store again you are a horrible customer service experience you charged way more money than the manufacturer charged us to get the same appliances here and you broke our appliances quit contacting me you pieces of garbage.

This is a very nice microwave, the features work very well and is very aesthetically pleasing. I like the glass, makes it easier to clean and maintain. I would recommend this.

Solid Microwave. The Blower/venting is pretty powerful for an under cabinet mounted microwave system. Controls are easy to navigate and user friendly. It has wifi capability, and I can verify that you can control everything from your phone. My question is "why would you want to?" Just my opinion. Installation instructions are straight forward, and the process is well thought out. We've only been using it for a brief period of time, but I see nothing negative about it. Side note on the handleless design. The microwave I replaced had an attached handle on the front of the microwave door. The handle broke/detached, and I couldn't find a way to repair/re-attach the handle. This microwave has a built-in handle in the side of the door, so unless the door breaks there shouldn't be the same problem.

I had this same Samsung bespoke microwave in storage for 5yrs never got to us it. When we got to set it up in the new kitchen it didn't work .It was damaged in shipping. we never new it. It was un repairable. So we bought a new one at Best Buy. close to the same one we had. We are pleased so far with the service and the price. But I would remanded you buy the existed warranty. It would be worthy it, If you plan on keeping for awhile. over all we love Samsung products

We love this "smart" microwave for overall quality and style. The one thing we are struggling with, is the touch screen icons are not sensitive enough when pressing them. We have to press several times to turn on the light, choose a heat level, or select extra time. Overall, we like the size of the unit over our stove and the interior cleans easily. Still learning more of the features, but the app is nice to get notifications when cooking is done, and to shut off the light with my phone.

I like the Bespoke microwave, its functions and the look.

We had the same over-the-range, but an older model from Samsung. When that finally stopped working, I knew I wanted the same model, as the rear mounting bracket would be the same. It ended up being an easy swap. When we first installed it, the front panel seemed very faint. After a few weeks, the panel started playing up, the LCD numbers were missing, and the buttons were not registering. We had passed the return date, but I have to tell you, Samsung customer service was top notch. Initially, everything was done over a text message, and I was able to send a video of the issue. Samsung sent a tech out to the house within a few days and replaced the entire front panel. Great customer service. This over-the-range model has been working flawlessly, both have a lighted vent hood, and a microwave.

This microwave is durable and it is spacious inside. Its ceramic enamel interior allows for easy cleaning. It was also very easy to install. I would highly recommend this product.

Excellent over the range microwave, great desing , easy to use..

Samsung Bespoke Microwave, it is large and gives my kitchen an elegant look. No buttons or handle makes it look sleek with clean lines. I've had it for a few weeks and so far works perfectly.

I love the model because it looks gray from afar but when you get closer it is black and I love it because it is very shiny. I recommend it to all people who like to combine their kitchen, like me, who am renovating my black and gray kitchen, to buy this beautiful microwave that looks spectacular on them.

The microwave works really well. Has multiple features. You can connect this to the Smart app if you have other Samsung products. Best to pay for the installment of the microwave. Definitely need to measure before purchasing too.

Purchased my Samsung microwave from Best buy. It's an over-the-range microwave. Front controls. No handle to deal with. Opens from the side works great. Works on Wi-Fi. It's compatible with my Samsung range. The look is awesome! It works great! Would definitely recommend!
