New microwave is great! What we expected. Hopefully this one holds up better than the last one.

Great item. Large inside and looks great for a “dent” item. The only negative is the glossy flat front which ALWAYS has fingerprints. With little kids it’s usually marked up. But the microwave works great!

It works exactly how you would expect it to. This is a solid microwave, nothing special, but housed in a super stylish and quality looking casing. The end-to-end glass is amazing and looks great. Outside of the looks, it’ll function how you want it to. Nothing more nothing less. The app integration is good but gets annoying as you get a notification whenever the food is done. So if someone else is microwaving stuff and the app is tied to your phone, you’ll keep getting pinged.

I had removed my over the range microwave many years ago to add a range hood. That left me with a 1.3 cubic foot countertop microwave. It was never big enough. I changed all my appliances to white glass so the stainless steel vent hood had to go. The size of this microwave is just about as big as they come. I’ve only used it a few times but it does what it’s supposed to. My countertop microwave always flashes 12:00 because of regular power outages. With this new one, I couldn’t figure out how to even set the clock. It has a WiFi function but I didn’t feel I needed it. I went online and found that if it’s connected to WiFi, the clock is always on the right time. One more problem solved by buying new. I wish it had more white glass on the front but I understand you do need to see inside when it’s running.

This is the best microwave I have owned. It looks great works excellent and is easy to clean. Could not be happier.

LOVE this new Samsung microwave - it was an upgrade from a stainless steel model and we couldn't be happier with the decision to go with Black Matte Steel. And, we're very happy that the vent button is no longer next to the handle/opener. It looks really nice above our new Samsung gas range (also in Matte Black Steel).

Love this microwave because of many things. Amazing design, very modern like design. Smart device, it is a part of samsung's ecosystem software with SmartThings so i love being notified when my food is done or being able to control it via the app.

The microwave seems okay, but it is a little confusing to work with at first. It looks sleek and nice, so I will give it that. The only downside I don't like is that there is no internal light at all. You have zero ability to see what you're cooking or boiling in order to monitor it.

It's a good microwave and of good quality. Also, the price , it's where I found it the cheapest, and the customer service at the time of purchase was excellent. The employee knew how to explain the product details and the delivery process clearly
