Looks great, works great, and got it for a great price.

I used this microwave for a month so far. It has performed great so far. It’s good looking. The only problem is that fingerprints show on the glass where you push the buttons.

Only complaint, the buttons don’t light up. Otherwise, we love look and feel of this microwave.

Solid Microwave. The Blower/venting is pretty powerful for an under cabinet mounted microwave system. Controls are easy to navigate and user friendly. It has wifi capability, and I can verify that you can control everything from your phone. My question is "why would you want to?" Just my opinion. Installation instructions are straight forward, and the process is well thought out. We've only been using it for a brief period of time, but I see nothing negative about it. Side note on the handleless design. The microwave I replaced had an attached handle on the front of the microwave door. The handle broke/detached, and I couldn't find a way to repair/re-attach the handle. This microwave has a built-in handle in the side of the door, so unless the door breaks there shouldn't be the same problem.

It works exactly how you would expect it to. This is a solid microwave, nothing special, but housed in a super stylish and quality looking casing. The end-to-end glass is amazing and looks great. Outside of the looks, it’ll function how you want it to. Nothing more nothing less. The app integration is good but gets annoying as you get a notification whenever the food is done. So if someone else is microwaving stuff and the app is tied to your phone, you’ll keep getting pinged.

Excellent looking microwave. Easy to install. Little sad you cant synchronize my samsung range to it to turn on the exhaust when a burner is on

We love this "smart" microwave for overall quality and style. The one thing we are struggling with, is the touch screen icons are not sensitive enough when pressing them. We have to press several times to turn on the light, choose a heat level, or select extra time. Overall, we like the size of the unit over our stove and the interior cleans easily. Still learning more of the features, but the app is nice to get notifications when cooking is done, and to shut off the light with my phone.

Gives the kitchen a very elegant touch. Nice and easy to operate. Have been using it for less than a month and no issues at all. The inside is bigger (also the plate) than the one we had before ( LG)

It's a great microwave. No issues with it so far. Installation was a bit difficult as I'd hoped that it would fit the same way as the other one as my last one was a Samsung, but it did not work out that way. It works great. You can turn off the display if you want, which is neat.

I had this same Samsung bespoke microwave in storage for 5yrs never got to us it. When we got to set it up in the new kitchen it didn't work .It was damaged in shipping. we never new it. It was un repairable. So we bought a new one at Best Buy. close to the same one we had. We are pleased so far with the service and the price. But I would remanded you buy the existed warranty. It would be worthy it, If you plan on keeping for awhile. over all we love Samsung products

I purchased this microwave to match with the oven. This too was easy to install (if you take it slow, I watched a couple install videos as well), Modern sleek look. Most importantly, works great!

Recently remodeled my kitchen. Decided to get all new Samsung appliances, and let me tell you . The design makes the kitchen look 10x better . With the addition of being smart thing compatible it’s day and night difference. Absolutely an amazing investment.

This Microwave is awesome It's size is just right for our needs it's a nice looking solid unit and has WiFi and if you download the app it will alert you when your food is ready. the unit comes with a charcoal filtervery easy to use and install.
