I reheated some homemade and cheese inside of a styrofoam plate and it was super hot and cheesy and check this out. It didn't burn a whole in the bottom of the plate. Outstanding!

The touch screen can be touchy and the need to enter a time versus just pressing a instant minute on button is a small complaint. Otherwise very happy.

Cook in this microwave all the time! Love the design and all preset and custom functions!

I replaced the GE model i had cause it quit heating after 1year and the Samsung fit right in using the brackets from the ge. Took me 20 minutes to install.
