As always, there is no going wrong with Samsung. Microwave looks and works great. The non-stick interior and upgrades are perfect for us. Great buy!

Best Buy, awesome as usual, has ordered another for me and am scheduled for installation

Worst ever microwave

I have had it serviced not even a year later for not heating. Now it is not working. It will heat when it wants to. Samsung products is the worst you can buy.

The rack is stable enough to defrost a roast while you are also defrosting vegetables. Some models talk about being finger print resistant but this model really is.
