    This microwave is a great appliance! It has numerous options all of which work just as it says they should. Heats food evenly! Highly recommend it!

    Great product no issues so far prefer the handle option over the no handle makes it easier and quicker to get things in and out of the micro

    Only Best Buy had the model I needed and had it in stock. I must have looked at least 5 different places. Lesson, go to Best Buy first.

    I love the product. The installation was a problem and not well explained of what was needed. Because of this, the installation was delayed two plus weeks.

    Bought it from an outlet store in Montclair, CA. When I plugged it in after installation it did not work. Best Buy told me I could not return it because of the purchase place so I had to call Samsung to fix it. It took Samsung 2 weeks and 2 separate trips to finally get it operable. I am not a happy customer with the outlet store and doubt I will ever use it again.
