Quite disappointing I was sold a broken microwave that heats up sporadically and wasting my money. I love the style and sleek look to the microwave, but wish I was sold a properly Working microwave.

It works. but I thought I'd be impressed with the device than I am. Placement of the touch sensitive buttons mostly blocks ability to see food inside the microwave, especially for my 5'2" wife. Preset labels aren't as intuitive as I wish they were.

Samsung is replacing with no problem. It has many cooking options which we love. Has a lot of presets for certain foods which makes life easier. Only dislike is you cannot see the food while cooking, either because of the black window or the dimness of the bulb
