Would have loved to give it 5 stars until it literally stopped working almost 1 year to the date that it was installed. A few days before Christmas and the microwave won't heat anything up. I called Best Buy to schedule a repair appointment, since the microwave is under the Best Buy Protection Plan until December of 2025. I was informed that I needed to first pay $49 up front before they send someone out to look at it. Then the repair would only be covered at about 20%. At this point, I'm considering just purchasing another microwave. Microwaves should last several years, especially when taken care of properly, which mine is. This is very frustrating and hence why I am writing this review. No one should have to buy a new microwave every year.

Bought a complete kitchen package and 2 stoves and 4 microwaves later they are still not 100% perfect. Dealing with BB and Samsung has been a lesson of frustration, hours of time and exhaustion.
