    The features on the microwave are good, but it stopped heating food in less than a year. Nine months to be exact. I’m glad I purchased the warranty because nothing seems to last these days.

      Having a microwave that operates efficiently is vital in cooking food, Anthony. We'll gladly help!

      When a microwave isn't starting or heating, the most common reason is that it is in Demo mode. This mode is used on retail showroom floors to show off microwaves without activating their magnetron. We recommend checking the link below for more information.
