    I was IN LOVE with this microwave. About every Samsung product that's available I have in my home. But this microwave and Samsung has let me down. This microwave resets itself (powering off and back on) any time you use it. Repair man has been out twice (due back again today) trying to fix it. Our outlet has been tested and verified to not be the issue. But for what ever reason I got a lemon. Hoping 3rd time is a charm and after owning this microwave for over a month I will finally get to use it. Samsung has not said what they will do to make this right if this repair should not fix the problem. Fingers crossed.

    I already had one of these and it died after only 3 years of use. Unfortunately I had to buy it again because it matched all my other Samsung appliances. I got the 5year protection plan if things go the same way as before. Pick a different microwave if you are just starting to look.
